Charming bed and breakfast in Provence-Luberon

Preamble

The General Conditions of Sale (GTC) detailed below apply to all bookings made with Couleur Lavande for all services related to accommodation and catering. They can be modified at any time without notice and can be consulted on this page.

Art. 1 – Price

Our prices are indicated in euro and include VAT (all taxes included). Couleur Lavande may have to modify its prices at any time and without notice.

Nevertheless, the services will be invoiced on the basis in force at the registration of the reservation.

Art. 2 – Booking

Couleur Lavande offers its customers several ways of booking :

• By internet via the website www.CouleurLavande.com
• By telephone
• By email
• By mail
• By an intermediary provider

Important : Only payment via the internet www.CouleurLavande.com can validate a reservation in a firm and immediate manner. For any other mode, Couleur Lavande will first check the payment before confirming the reservation.

Couleur Lavande reserves the right to cancel any reservation of a customer with whom there is any dispute.

Art. 3 – Payment

Couleur Lavande accepts the following payment methods :

• Bank card : Visa et Mastercard

And under certain circumstances (please contact us in advance):

*It is imperative to indicate the number of the gift voucher at the time of booking. The gift voucher can only be used once. Couleur Lavande reserves the right to refuse a gift voucher whose expiry date is exceeded.

All bookings are invoiced in euros and payable in euros.

Art. 4 – Validation

By his booking (whatever the mode and method of payment), the customer indicates the complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without any reservation.

Art. 5 - Informations

The information delivered by the customer when booking commits him. In case of error or incomplete mention, Couleur Lavande can not be held responsible.

Art. 6 – Annulation

Bookings, with the exception of flat rate offers, are refunded as follows:

• More than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit paid
• Between 15 and 29 days: 20% of the deposit paid
• Less than 15 days: the entire stay will be charged

The package offers (packages, special offers, promo ...) are refunded as follows:

Cancellations must be made by registered mail and mention the reservation number.

Cancellations during the stay will not be refunded or refunded. The price of the total stay will be charged.

Lavender color however suggests to its customers to contract a cancellation insurance with their insurer.

Couleur Lavande reserves the right to cancel any stay, at any time, in case of force majeure. Any payment will be refunded in full, without any compensation.

Art. 7 - Refund of a stay

No refund will be made after a stay even if it has not been in accordance with the wishes of the customer. Lavender color specifies that the house is located in the countryside, far from all urban nuisances and hopes that the stay will be relaxing. However, the countryside is not exempt from sound disturbances (cock, dogs, frogs, cicadas, waterfall, cars in the distance, agricultural machinery, etc.).

Art. 8 - Smoking free property

For reasons of safety and comfort of all, Lavender Color draws the attention of its guests to the fact that the property is non-smoking with the exception of a single dedicated area in the garden. It is not allowed to smoke on the terrace or the private terrace of the room "Le Loft".

These rules also apply to vaping.

Art. 9 - Schedule

The reception of the customers is carried out every day between 16h and 19h. Lavender color does its best to make the room ready when the customer arrives; it may (exceptionally) that it is not available before 17h.

Breakfast is served as a buffet between 8am and 10am.

Rooms must be vacated by 11am.

Art. 10 - Pets

Pets are not allowed in Couleur Lavande.

Art. 11 - Children

Lavender color is not a child friendly place. Lavender color is recommended for its environment of calm and tranquility, so many guests have made their reservation on these criteria.

If you still decide to come with your children, we recommend special monitoring.

The nap from 13h to 16h is very popular with all, including owners. To preserve the calm of the place, thank you not to let the children play near the house.

The natural pool (swimming pool) is not a playground. We ask parents to keep their children away from the pool (no swimming).

A child can be tolerated in the parents' bed up to 4 years old (1 child max, no extra bed). Beyond that, the children will be housed in their own room.

Note that we do not put childcare equipment (cot, high chair, bottle warmer, fridge or microwave) available.

Art. 12– Bedrooms

The rooms can accommodate from 1 to 2 people maximum in 2 separate beds (twin: 2x90x200cm) or double (180x200cm). The configuration of the rooms does not allow us to add extra bed.

Room cleaning is done every day, provided they are vacated by noon.

Art. 13 - Pool

According to the law, the natural basin is considered as a water point (lake, pond, river) and therefore can not claim the reception of the public. Legally therefore Couleur Lavande is obliged to warn its customers that bathing is "prohibited and placed under the full responsibility of the customer".

Art. 14– Robbery and depredations

Lavender color disclaims all liability in the event of theft or depredation of the client's personal property (including the vehicle).

Art. 15– Keys

In case of loss of the key ring, the sum of € 120.- will be required.

Art. 16 – Photos et illustrations

Photos and illustrations Although the images presented on the site www.CouleurLavande.com as well as on all the commercial supports are the most faithful reflection possible of the reality, they must be regarded as not contractual. Lavender color can not be held responsible for differences.

Art. 17 - Force majeure

Couleur Lavande can not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in case of unforeseeable and insurmountable event (disruption or strike of the electrical services, transport, communication, radio / tv ... or in case of flood, fire or other disturbance climate).

Art. 18 – litigation

This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. The competent court in case of litigation is Avignon.
